Top Rated Edinburgh Clubs

Cabaret Voltaire

This place really jumps. They say it’s a club where things go BUMP in the night because of the sound system. What a choice of drinks! How about Death’s Door Gin, Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum, or Vida Mezcal – and yes, they say there IS a worm in the bottle.

Genting Club, Fountain Park

It’s not just a club, it’s a casino. Play Blackjack, Texas Hold’em Poker, and American Roulette. In the Fahrenheit Bar you can watch live sport, or on a Sunday afternoon just chill out. Open until late. Dinner available in the restaurant until 11.00pm.

The Citrus Club

Established in 1991, The Citrus Club is the longest running night club in the city. Playing classic 60’s and 80’s, and the very best Indies. Think of Martha Reeves, Smiths, Fleetwood Mac, Rolling Stones, Human League, Stone Roses, and you won’t be too far wrong.

The Stand Comedy Club

Featuring dates with Frankie Boyle, Nick Helm, Josie Long, Terry Alderton, Susie McCabe, Christopher Macarthur-Boyd, and a whole long list more of Scotland’s finest comedy talent, you will be rolling in the aisles here. Every Monday night features Red Raw – new comedy talent you have never seen before.

The Hive

This is the place to be if you want to save some money. Becks £1, Spirits £1.50, Shots £2, Bombs £2.50, Cocktail of the Week £2.50. Free entry from Sunday to Thursday, and a wide range of music. What more could you possibly want?
